Katie Alice at The Deco Affair in London
Fantastic fun was had by all at The Deco Affair, an event held exclusively for leading journalists, editors, freelancers and bloggers in the interiors industry. The event was held in London just off The Kings Road and attracted a wealth of interesting and influential people. Katie featured her new range of giftware and tableware at the event and the collection received a terrific response. Pictured here are Katie Alice holding the tea pot and Sue Marks from Progressive Housewares magazine.
Creative Tops Wins Product Award at Robert Dyas Conference
Exciting news, we have won Product Of the Year for our pink wire cake stand, beating Gino Di Campo’s ice cream maker!
The Robert Dyas Conference is an annual event. All Robert Dyas Store Managers are asked to give feedback on current products (what’s working, what’s not such a good seller, advice on how we could do things differently). It’s also a chance for Creative Tops to brief Dyas on our plans for the following season and a chance for the Store Managers to find out more about the products they sell and their suppliers.
We got amazing feedback from the stores, own brand glass and cutlery seem to be clear winners and are flying off the shelves and people can’t get enough of our cupcake designs!
We were also in the top 5 nominations for the Best Supplier of the Year, which we unfortunately didn’t get but then there’s always next year!
Well done team!
Katie Alice at Autumn Fair
We were very pleased to present our brand new collection of vintage inspired housewares at Autumn Fair this year. We were even more pleased to present the lady herself who turned up to show-case the range and talk to the press about her key design influences. Katie will also be show-casing her new range at an exclusive event being held in London www.thedecoaffair.com. She is currently working on new designs for us for Spring Summer 2011 so watch this space!

Product news
I really can’t believe its only a few weeks away until Autumn Fair. How did that happen? It’s kind of just crept up on us all out of nowhere. The exciting thing is that we have a fantastic range of new products to talk about, including several new items in the Katie Alice collection that weren’t ready to show at Exclusively Housewares. My particular favorite is a gorgeous Alice in Wonderland shaped tea pot, just perfect for afternoon tea and actually, I have to admit, it would just look really smart on a kitchen shelf. Come and see us at the show, Hall 2, F30/G31.
Cake Tins
We have a range of really pretty cake tins perfect for storing all those Easter goodies and they come in several sizes. Large size 258 mm dia, Medium size 219 mm dia and Small 198 mm. We also sell Biscuit Tins 160 mm dia. Designs include pretty cup cakes, gingerbread men and very traditional, old farm house style.
