Justin Capp trained with Giles Deacon, an Internationally recognised fashion designer before then re-training to become a chef. He runs a local pub in Northamptonshire called The Kings Arms and loves authentic, home grown ingredients. With a keen eye for design, Justin has collaborated with Creative Tops to create a range of cookwware for everyday use.  He is very keen on Mediterranean style cooking and with this in mind, has included a recipe booklet with his tagines, to encourage us all to go a little continental.
