New V&A mug designs on show at Exclusively Housewares
Creative Tops is delighted to introduce six brand new designs to the award winning V&A fine bone china mug collection, with patterns carefully selected from the V&A archives.
Each mug holds twelve fluid ounces and is presented in a beautifully printed gift box, a perfect gift idea for any occasion.
There is an eclectic mix of designs in this new range from exotic Indian inspired patterns to more traditional William Morris prints.
- Gujarat – this design was taken from a skirt cloth, silk embroidered with silk thread, India, 1880
- Flora – a pattern taken from a specimen of wallpaper designed by William Morris from colour woodblock print, England, 1891
- Coromandel Coast – wall-hanging or bed-cover, painted and dyed cotton (chintz), India, 1710-1725
- Kilburn Black and Cream – a pattern taken from an album of designs for printed textiles, by William Kilburn, England, 1788-1892
- Windrush Pink – a design taken from a piece of block printed cotton designed by William Morris, England, 1883

Katie Alice – New Tableware Collection
We will soon be launching a beautiful tableware collection designed by local lifestyle guru, Katie Alice. Katie is well known for organising and styling events in her local village and has now turned her talents to surface design. This particular pattern reflects her relaxed, timeless, homespun elegance with influences taken direclty from her gorgeous country cottage and garden. The range will be officially launched at Exclusively Housewares in June. Come and see us, Stand 306.

Very excited about this gorgeous new collection of tableware, kitchen textiles, storage tins and oven to tableware, designed by local lifestyle design guru, Katie Alice. Katie is known for organising and styling events in her local village and has now turned her eye to design. Her inspiration comes from everyday objects around her home and from her beautiful cottage garden. This particular pattern reflects her love for natural, timeless pattern and colours. The collection will be launched at Exclusively Housewares in June. Come and see us on our stand 306.
Creative Tops in line for prestigious Award
Creative Tops has been shortlisted for an Award by the Giftware Association. Last year we won a “Highly Commended” award for our V&A mug collection. Once again, our V&A collection has been nominated in the Luxury and Collectables catagories for our extended V&A giftware lines, including our cake stands and tea for one sets. Fingers and Toes crossed!
